Reader x Cardverse! America ~ Circus
Chapter 2
You sat on the stone. The tent was not in sight, but it looked like you were at the terrain where the circus tent should be.
"Between, my name is [name]" you mentioned.
"That's a nice name" he said smiling, "what are you going to do now?"
"Uhm, I think I will drive home."
He looked at you startled. "You can't go home now!"
"Why not?" you asked.
"Here is nothing, no exit, no tent, no escape."
"What do you mean?"
"I mean what I said. This world builds up itself by what the visitors are imagining. Do you remember what I said? I said you should imagine you were back infront of the tent. All what you thought is now here." He showed you what he ment whith one hand movement.
"What do you mean with 'this world'? Where are we?"
He sighted. "Where should I begin? Well this is the Kingdom of cards. This kingdom is on a world called 'The lost world'. Our kingdom is boring and bleak. We are the only living beeings, so we come to your world searching human like you. Human with imaginativeness, human who are kreative. We let them create our world and have fun for a while. That's our show."
'This sounds so increadible... But there is no other explanation why the tent is suddenly away. I have to believe him for now.'
"Then how can come back home?"
"I don't know."
I glared at him. "You don't know?! I thought you've done that several times before today!"
Alfred seemed to be overwhelmed. "Y-yes, I did, but every time someone new come here the way to come back is diffrent."
You sighted. "I can't believe it."
"Basically it's the best if we find the tent first."
You looked into his blue eyes. "Why the tent?"
"Well [name], you saw this colorful light before. It makes it possible that human can create our world. It only exist in the tent."
You looked around. Here was nothing but dirt, damaged stalls and dead trees and bushes. It really looks kinda scary. "Is everything like this place?" you asked, "it is kinda scary here. And is there food here?" You really don't like that. Why is everything like that always happening to you? Maybe you're a magnet for such things.
Alfred suddenly put a hand on your shoulder. "I know this might be horrible for you, but technically it is your own fault."
You suddenly stood up, so that Alferd slightly startled. "Might be horrible?! Might be?! Are you serious? This IS horrible, you idiot! I'm far away from home and here is no one I know. The only one with me is some kind of strange clown who doesn't even had a name until now. Do you really think that's amusing?!"
Alfred said nothing and looked past you.
After a while of saying nothing you sighted.
"Okay, I'm sorry. I shouldn't had yelled at you. I have to admit that it's may fault that I'm here... at least a bit. If the day wasn't so boring, I wouldn't have gone to the circus and I wouldn't be here. So in this or in an other case we have virtually the same objective: To kill time. So, will you accept my apology?" you asked after your 'long' speech.
He looked to you with a thoughtful face.
"Hm, what? Did you said something?"
"Come on! You're really an idiot!" But before you could yell at him again, you sighted again and turned around.
You nearly felt his questioningly gaze. You turned around to face him. Again.
"Okay, if we waste more time here, I wouldn't come back home until I'm old..." You saw a clock formed like a spade hanging from a pocket in Alfreds coat. You took it and looked at it. "Six o' clock?"
Alfred shook his head. "Well, it's broken. Since a while..."
You took out your mobile. "It didn't work, too..."
Alferd looked at you confused. "What is THAT?!"
You rolled your eyes. "I hadn't expected anything else. You are really an idiot"
Alfred nearly whined when he asked "Why?"
"This" you pointed with a finger on your mobile, "is an electric device, called mobile. In my world you can talk with people, who are far away."
He looked at it obliquely. "Hmm..." was his only comment.
You sighted. 'This could be a new 'sight- record' for one day...'

The Kingdom of Spades was considered as the best kingdom amongst the four. The economy was nice, the people were friendly and loyal to the king and queen despite their hidden identities and you lived quite a normal village life.
However, you treated yourself as if the enemy of your own kingdom, a traitor so to speak. You were loyal, yes, ready to give your very life for the king and queen but what hinders you was the birthmark that was given to you by the cruelty of Fate.
The legendary mark that has always been told about in stories of old and is written in the scriptures made by oracles and scr

“Checkmate. You‘ve lost, America… Again.”
A satisfied smirk appeared on England’s features and he couldn’t hide the obvious mocking and triumphant tone in his voice, while he was looking directly at the frustrated face of his opponent. America, who couldn’t stand the overbearing look of those emerald green eyes any longer, turned his head to the side and got into a huff.
“That’s not fair, dude. I’m sure you’ve cheated by using your weird magi

You looked at the book that was in your basket when you entered your room in your aunt’s house and suddenly flashed back to the moment he placed a hand on you and the images of blood in the burning halls of the castle. You were standing in the throne room, seated on the King’s chair, staring at Alfred’s body that lay on the floor.
Was that the one that was supposed to happen? How would it even be like that? You sighed and lay down on your bed to sleep.

Alfred sat on his chair on the float that was built, bored written all over his face. The Queen of Spades, the man named Arthur Kirkland, wasn’t amused either. Al
